*Coverslips (25CIRCLE 1.5cm)
*1N HCl (make fresh)

==Protocol==
#Wash coverslips overnight in 1N HCl
#Rinse extensively with water
#Wash overnight with water
#Autoclave in between two pieces of whatman paper and keep sterile
